Psychology & Psychotherapy
Private Online Practice for Psychological Counseling and Psychotherapy
Approach
“I work with individuals who wish to understand themselves more deeply — not for self-optimization, but to connect with what is already present within them.”
❋ Acceptance
Acceptance does not mean approving of something or remaining passive. Instead, it means honestly facing your inner reality: your feelings, thoughts, bodily reactions, protective patterns, and the imprints from your life experiences. Only when something is truly seen and acknowledged can it begin to change.
❋ Body and Emotions
The body offers a central pathway to understanding psychological processes. In therapy, the focus is on better understanding body signals, emotions, and nervous system responses, building a sense of safety within your own body, and developing new ways to regulate yourself.
❋ Responsibility
Responsibility means taking your own story seriously, without being defined by it. It involves recognizing your own patterns, making new decisions, and gradually regaining your ability to act – not out of pressure, but from a place of inner clarity.
❋ Relationships & Integration
Healing happens not just through insight, but through new experiences. The therapeutic relationship offers a safe space where old patterns can become visible, new relational experiences can emerge, and change can be gradually integrated into daily life.
