Hello,
this is Lisa.

Sessions are held online – flexible and personal – for those who are ready to truly meet themselves."

My Vibe
Helping others cultivate their inner potential and discover what truly makes life meaningful brings me a deep sense of joy and purpose.
My own path through life, including my journey with complex trauma and dealing with GNE myopathy, has been shaped by both challenges and growth. It’s this journey that fuels the empathy and curiosity I bring into my work.
I’ve learned that true healing often emerges from the places we least expect it, and I’m here to guide others with that same openness.

I believe that true healing stems from a deep connection between the body and mind. Physical and emotional symptoms aren’t problems to be fixed, but messages that guide us back to our true selves.
I don’t see people as inherently sick or "wrong"—it’s often the pressures of societal norms and values that cause suffering. We are shaped by external expectations that can suppress who we truly are at our core.
I view each person as a whole, shaped by their unique life experiences, including complex trauma, and I approach therapy intuitively.
By integrating scientific knowledge, mindfulness, and the wisdom of nature, I create a safe and supportive space where your individual healing process can naturally unfold.
-
I combine scientific knowledge with a deep understanding of the body-mind connection.
Recognizing the multifaceted nature of personality, I see each person as having many layers, shaped by life’s experiences and challenges.
In my intuitive sessions, I use somatic therapy, mindfulness, and nature-inspired metaphors. Though trained in specific trauma techniques, I find the most powerful sessions happen when I trust the process and let intuition guide me.
My goal is to create a safe space where true healing and deep transformation can occur naturally.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and am licensed naturopathic Psychotherapist.
As a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, I naturally integrate mindfulness into both my daily life and my therapeutic work.
With seven years of experience working with psychedelics, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the connection between body, mind, and consciousness.
My work is trauma-informed and inspired by a range of approaches – including Gabor Maté, Bessel van der Kolk, Peter Levine, the Internal Family Systems Model (IFS), Allan Schore’s Right Brain Psychotherapy, and Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory.
Rather than following a fixed method, I work intuitively, process-oriented, and in response to what emerges in the moment.

Stillness and nature are my greatest teachers—whether it’s a quiet moment of reflection or being fully immersed in the natural world, they help me stay grounded and connected.
Everything I’ve learned on my own healing journey didn’t come from books but from those quiet moments in nature, and I write about this in my blog.
These elements don’t just inspire my personal healing, they are also woven into my therapeutic approach. They create a space where clients can reconnect with themselves and the world around them, allowing for a deeper sense of connection and healing.

I was born in Germany, in my mid-thirties now, and have lived in four different countries. I speak German, English, and Spanish.
Today, I live in nature with my five dogs – four of whom I rescued from the streets of Mexico. I seek quiet, simplicity, and a slower pace of life. But it wasn’t always that way.
Until the age of 30, I was driven – by fear and a deep belief that I wasn’t enough. My mind set the pace. I thought I had to achieve something exceptional to be worthy – in my career, in sports, in social life. I was ambitious, controlled, fast.
Then came the diagnosis: GNE myopathy – a rare genetic muscle disease that slowly weakens the muscles. It quite literally brought me to my knees – and brought my life to a sudden halt.
At first, this rupture was painful and unwelcome. But it became a turning point.
I stopped rushing through life and started to feel it instead. I discovered the beauty of slowness, the strength in less, and the truth that I am enough simply by being.
Paradoxically, it was this illness that showed me: I am enough – exactly as I am.
It became the beginning of my healing.
I’ve specialized in working with complex trauma because I’ve experienced sexual and emotional trauma myself – along with their many symptoms: depression, anxiety, chronic unexplained pain, migraines, and addictive behaviors.
Psychedelic therapy and a five-year retreat to a small house in the middle of nature were profound chapters in my healing journey.
Facing pain and shame in silence reconnected me with my dignity and my worth.
The space I hold for my clients today – I first had to hold for myself.
